The next FREE seven session support program will begin on September 20th on the campus of Shippensburg University. If you know a family with children or teens that is grieving the loss of a loved one, please encourage them to attend this valuable support program designed to help families navigate through the difficult grieving process. Fall Sunday School Classes |

On September 5, we will be starting a new Sunday school quarter. The women’s class using the “Praying with the Psalms” book by Tim Keller will continue in classroom 7. There will also be a new class taught by David Barrett in classroom 6. This class for both men and women will be a book study on Ezra. Explore a fascinating period of Israel's history when the nation was recovering from the trauma of exile in Babylon and learning how to live as God's people in a completely new world order.
In addition to these classes, we will be running a Discovering Hope class for anyone interested in membership at Hope, or who simply wants to know more about who we are. We will explore our brief history as a church, what we are as a church, our purpose, and how to jump on board with our mission and vision. Hope you can join us! |

A seminar entitled “Positive Parenting” with John & Sharon Charles will be held on Saturday, September 25 from 9:00 AM until Noon at the Shippensburg First Church of God Annex (corner of King and Prince streets).
